If you are selected, one of our trademark attorneys will prepare and file a trademark application for you or for your business at no charge for our services. The free trademark application services provided will not include out-of-pocket expenses such as filing fees required to be paid to the United States Patent & Trademark Office and will not include charges for any substantive office action responses in the event such may be required during prosecution of your application.
